Who is Leah and what is Work and Travel TV about?

Work and Travel TV is a free, weekly web TV show that helps you to discover how to work and travel the world.  Hosted by Leah Bolton, the show provides tips, tricks, interviews from experts in the ‘work and travel’ fields and information on how you can do the same.

After Leah traveled the world, the number one question she began to answer was “You are so lucky! How can I do it too?”.  So eventually… Work and Travel TV was born, to let you in on some of the secrets.  You live once in this lifetime – you might as well experience as much as you can!

Leah’s Story

When Leah was 14 years old she joined a youth group and fundraised $1000 to travel down to Mexico for the summer with a Catholic group and build houses for the poor.  It was such an amazing experience, so she did it again the following summer.  Her eyes were opened to an entire new culture, country and way of life.  From that moment, she decided she would see more in the world.

Leah worked as an Entertainment Host on some of the most luxurious cruise ships in the world, while traveling to 6 of the 7 continents.  She was paid to run marketing tours all across Canada.  She has also lived in 4 different Canadian provinces.  What Leah has experienced – she will give you advice on.  What Leah hasn’t experience – she will bring in an expert to give you advice on it.  All in all, Leah says, “Traveling the world is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!”
